As she sings 'Talked you through the steps, how to pirouette, when I lose control of myself' alongside the delicate piano chords with the intimate cinematic soundscapes; Elliot explores her most personal thoughts and fears. Whilst the luminous soundscapes give off a powerful kick, Elliot truly captures the organic emphasises of her emotions through the detailed lyricisms, that she holds.

Speaking of her latest single, Kings Elliot said: "Holding together any kind of relationship when you struggle with your mental health is immensely challenging – for you and the person involved." She adds: “'Dancing Alone' is me preparing someone for how hard it’s going to be, and walking them through every step of ‘the dance’ they will have to learn in order to get through the darkest days.”
